I am open to address the issue we had with [redacted] and his fiancéOn September they both came to sign a contract for their upcoming nuptials on May The amount of the lease for their event was dollars we required a 25% down payment at the time of the contract we work with them and allowed them to just make a dollars down payment and in 4-week the restEverything was perfect we went over the contract agreement they read it and sing the document they left a happy coupleon Sep I got a call from his fiancé that she was pregnant and they didn't want to get married on the day that they were thinking maybe about moving the date, itold her it was not a problem we could work with I asked what day were they looking for she said she still didnt know itold her I could move it to any Friday I had available on and even if need more time with the same price and not charging her the price increased by then she said she was not sure maybe she just wanted to cancel itold her I would call her back tomorrow because I had no client cancel yet, ineed to ask my bossThe following day I spoke with [redacted] I told her that we only give 25% back of the amount given to us $1400X25%=$would be given to her for canceling the contractshe passed me to [redacted] he said to speak again with my boss about the amount being return, on the 2nd of October I spoke with them last itold them we could only return $back or move the date this upcoming year or the next without problem he was not interested he wanted us to just return his moneyI told him again you READ the CONTRACT you SPEAK English you understood what it said and you sing itWe are actually trying to work with him on moving the date, giving him 25% back and not charging him the $he owns us since he didn't pay the whole down paymentwe can't work with someone that does not want to work with us as well we have gone out of our way to try to help them and they didn't wanted they threaten that he was going to sue us to give him his money back before we end up paying morewe can give him the $or try to help them move their date but their nothing us we could do for them Sincerely Dolce events hall [redacted] 10/10/

The amount of the lease for their event was 7000.00 dollars we required a 25% down payment at the time of the contract we work with them and allowed them to just make a 1400.00 dollars down payment and in 4-6 week the rest. Everything was perfect we went over the contract agreement they read it and sing the document they left a happy couple.
on Sep 30 2015 I got a call from his fiancé that she was pregnant and they didn't want to get married on the day that they were thinking maybe about moving the date, itold her it was not a problem we could work with I asked what day were they looking for she said she still didnt know itold her I could move it to any Friday I had available on 2016 and even 2017 if need more time with the same price and not charging her the price increased by then . she said she was not sure maybe she just wanted to cancel itold her I would call her back tomorrow because I had no client cancel yet, ineed to ask my boss.
