This email is to respond to complaint *** dated 6/3/16; please note we did not receive this complaint until 6/13/ As I’m sure you can understand with new constructions comes all types of issues that may occur from time to timeWith that said, we have some remaining items to
be completed by constructionThe pool has not been turned over from constructionThe City of North Richland Hills requiring additional lighting be added inside pool areaInstallation is in progress and should be completed in the next weeks according to the construction project manager As for the clubhouse, we do allow our residents to use these facilities during office hours nowConstruction will be installing an access system so that residents will be able to have access afterhours in the near futureWe will be keeping our residents informed of this installation as soon as we’re updated by construction We did have a sewer back up in building due to obstruction in a sewer lineCarpet was removed, floors cleaned, disinfected and carpets replacedAgain, this type of occurrence does happen when living in any apartment communityManagement did get all resolved as quickly as possible With regards to connection for clubhouse and pool area, we do have in place now but some of the areas are not getting signal due to rangeWe’re currently looking into solution for boosting the signal so all areas are covered We want our residents to be happy while living at our community and understand their frustration with a few of the unfinished construction issuesWe’ve purchased 200+ NRHseason passes for residents to use until our community pool is opened in hopes this would help some of their frustration somewhat Please let me know if I can answer any other questions regarding Dolce Living Hometown Best Regards, *** ***
