I am already frustrated with the lack of service provided by Dolce Press and as a result decided to take my business elsewhereAs outlined in my email (to Stephany D***) I was hoping for something similar in design to the sample cards they mailed out to meThe fact that they would lie about making several attempts to contact me (to resolve the issue) via email and phone, when I only got one email, speaks volumes of the company's integrityAdditionally their rebuttal outlined that their policy was clearly outlined on the proofs, this is not trueI have included a copy of one of the proofs with the extremely poor design, having no information with regards to any policyAt the end of the day it's about the principle and not the moneyAs outlined before; I have since sought alternate solutions and hope that Dolce Press does the decent thing and provide a full refund
