I have been doing business with Freedom Chevrolet for about years now, I have one salesman there that has gone above and beyond to make sure I am *** with my service, not just the sale of all my cars*** *** is a salesman that honestly cares about his customers, and goes way out on a limb to make sure you are ***, and not just at the sale but after as wellI had an issue with a van that I had stranded on the road and *** stepped in and had a tow truck in route within minutes, and being a small business owner time means everything to me*** is the reason I keep going back to Freedom for all my vehicle needs, weather business or personalYou will never find that kind of treatment most anywhere in today's time, but you will at Freedom with ***

Poor customer service, and in our case, they sold a demo-used vehicle as new, that experts state was in a major accident without disclosing it. They are too incompetent to fix the issue and the car has been in the shop a total of 100 days since I purchased it (BUICK ENCLAVE) , this is unacceptable
