Dole Heating, Air Conditioning and Duct Cleaning

I would like to say that Justin with Dole Heating and Air conditioning was a very nice gentleman. He not only showed up early, but he was very polite, thorough and explained everything to me in layman's terms. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism!

I was referred to Dole HVAC by my dear friend & real estate agent, Stacy ***. I had an issue with my furnace not heating the weekend before our STL "Sheltering at Home" took place. I called Dole on Sunday morning. The office contact, ***, was amazing. She dispatched on of her technicians by the name of David. Their emergency dispatch fee is only $75. So reasonable. David had me fixed up in 5 minutes, and he went ahead an PM'd my furnace while there. Dole also has a spot-on dispatch system where you can track the arrival of their technicians via text. Very efficient. I was so happy I had David come back one week later to PM my A/C as well. I highly recommend Dole HVAC.

November 23rd, I had an air conditioner and furnace installed. It is not working. I had 2 repairmen come to check it out. I only received heat for 7 - 10 minutes. They told me that they will have someone else come back out to check the unit and they have not shown. I have a 2 year warranty for labor and 10 years for parts. I tried calling several times and no one has responded.

Doc and his team are the best! Had them replace my heating and AC system awhile back and they could not have been more professional. They have serviced both every spring and fall and have had no issues what so ever. When I had questions or issues, which was only one, and that was my fault, Doc made sure he had someone come out to address. Very fair company! If I live long enough for another system, this is my choice.

DOLE HEATING AND AIRCONDITIONING ..We had our old furnace system replaced by the best... They showed up on time professional. Installed new furnace etc... clean up left with smile on their faces. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This HVAC company was hired by my fiance's apartment management firm to fix the AC when it went out yesterday (94 degree day). The person who runs/owns this business is the least professional person possible and potential customers should beware of him. First, and worst of all, he lies and lies and lies.

Case in point: He told our management company that he would try to get to us last night and when we called to check on a time - just 15 min later - he told us no way they'd make it. That was the first sign of his tendency to fib; tell the people paying you can do it, tell the people waiting you can't. Then, the next day he calls and tells my fiance we are next (2-3 hours). When he never comes, the mgmt company called him again and he tells them that my fiance cancelled our appointment this morning!! In 90 degree weather?!? Total lie

So management re-orders his services and again he never comes. Several hours pass and I finally get a call from him that he will be at our place in 20 minutes, over 2.5 hours later I was still waiting.

Finally my fiance calls and askes where he is. This Dole fella proceeds to tell my fiance that he knocked on the door and rang the doorbell and no one answered!! (I was sitting literally 2 feet from that same door working online for 3 hours, no way he did this).

When he finally gets here and rings the bell for real -some 30 minutes later- I ask him right away: "did you tell my fiance that you knocked and rang the doorbell with no answer? Because that's a lie, I was sitting right there" (pointing to my chair 2 ft away). He got so defensive, so BUSTED, yet kept insisting that he DID ring it and knock (I also have a dog that would have barked at any knock/ring). He got so mad about being called the liar that he is that he literally walked out. All of this during 90+ degree heat.

I imagine Dole H & C must be the cheapest in town, otherwise I can not imagine why the management people went with such a company.

So, if your AC or heat is broken and you need immediate (or friendly) or truthful service, where realistic expectations are given to customers and the workers are honest about their location/status: do NOT count on Dole Heating and Cooling to provide this. They will dole out lies while you dole out cash. No thanks.

I was recommended this company from a friend and was informed they would be very reliable. My experience, however, has been very different than what I imagined. I had an appointment set up between 12-1pm. I waited until 1:45 and no one showed up. I understand mistakes can happen so I called to reschedule the following week. The same thing happened. I waited 2 hours this time and once again nobody showed up. I had to take time off work and never got a call or anything. I was so disappointed with this business. I will no longer be using them.
