following is in response to your complaint filed with the Revdex.com regarding your
experience when you went into one of our branches to pay two of your
bills: Puget, and Century Link. It
appears that the Sales Associate asked you for the various information required
to effect
the payment, but due to either a lack of communication or
cooperation, the information was not obtained.
The payments were not processed.
We process thousands of bill payments at our locations on a regular
basis and it is unusual to see this type of incident.We
apologize for the lack of service that you receivedHowever we have determined
that no error occurred in your transaction.
We have attempted to contact you at the phone number provided but the
mail box has been full. We
would like to advise you that you have the right to request copies of the
documents that we have reviewed to make our determination of the resolution of
this error. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Rest assured that our goal is customer
satisfaction along with compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations
governing our business

The following is in response to your complaint regarding the problems you had when trying to cash a money order (not a check as stated in your complaint) at our branch located at La Rica Avenue, Baldwin Park, CA 91706. Upon receipt of your formal complaint with the
Revdex.com we opened an investigation with our Products Department which revealed that the transaction was rejected because the money order was visibly alteredAttached is a copy of said money order. Any falsification of payment instruments require us to immediately block the customer from performing any future transactions with any of our retail locations. You will not be able to cash any additional checks or money orders at any of our retail locations Lastly, we reviewed the history of your transactions with DolEx and found that only one single check had been previously cashedThe fee charged for cashing said check was 4% (not 7% as stated on your complaint) which is the published rate at this locationWe do not show any other transactions for you in our system Please contact me at the information listed below should you have any additional questions

The following is in response to your complaint filed with the Revdex.com regarding transaction No. [redacted] which took place on March 4, 2015.We processed your transaction and transmitted it to Banco de Credito Del Peru (BCP) on March 4, 2015. The transaction was confirmed as paid by the correspondent on...

the same day.We received your request for proof of payment of the transaction on March 17, 2015. At that time we advised you that our records indicated that the transaction had already been paid to your beneficiary on March 4, 2015. We contacted BCP who requested to receive the sender’s identification in order to provide the proof of payment.We received your identification and forwarded a copy to BCP on March 27, 2015. We continued to follow up with the payer, and due to lack of action on their part, we have since reimbursed the transaction amount and all associated fees to you. We show that you picked up your refund of $115 on April 10, 2015.We would like to advise you that you have the right to request copies of the documents that we have reviewed to make our determination of the resolution of this error.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
