My boyfriend and I went to Carmel Motors to look at a car for his brother, who lives out of stateThe sales guy came out and told us his name and said if we need anything he would be insideI asked if we could look at two certain cars, he was kind of hesitant about letting us test drive the carsHe pulled one around and started to collect our license information and I proceeded to tell him there is a car I, myself would like to take a look atHe was walking back into the building to make a copy of our information and told me I cannotWhen the guy came back out he stated that he was not trying to be rude but it is policy not to let anyone test drive the vehicle'sI asked him why that was, because isn't that what a car dealership is forHe stated that people come here and want to drive all the cars they like but do not end up buying anythingI said that how is a person to know if they like the car and want to purchase it before driving itHe asked me if I would be financing the car and I said I don't know I may, or I may buy with cashHe told me before test driving the car I need to get financed through them or put down a depositI told him, never have I had to go through all of that before test driving a carThe guy was very rude to me, we told him we are not interested in either car nowHe sped off in the car he was going to let us drive like a crazy personI told him I will buy from them because of the way I was treated
