When I returned the doll to you, I inadvertently gave your husband the doll we had talked about using for replacement arms. The arms on that doll were not great but better than the arms on your doll . I have your doll in the shop and did call and talk to your husband Vic on Friday, 8/7....
At that time, I apologized to him and explained what had happened. He said that you would be in to pick up the doll. I did offer to deliver the doll to you to avoid any further inconvenience. As to the repair. I have been looking for a good set of arms for your doll, but have not been able to find a set that you were happy with. I can change out the arms using the set you have on the doll I inadvertently gave to you but there is always a risk that the body may be damaged. That is why we talked about changing the entire body to minimize the risk. It might be best to exchange dolls rather than risking the change. I leave that as a decision for you to make.I can supply a photo of your doll when I return to the shop on Tuesday.
