Review: I was in a contract with this company to help get a family member out of jail on bond I signed a contract and paid to installments of 2500 for a total of 5000.. they were not able to fulfill their part of the contract and after four days of not being able to help me. I was told I would receive a refund for 5000 within 5 to 7 business days. I have a copy of my receipts . I have called and called and have not gotten any real answers why I have not gotten my money backDesired Settlement: my 5000

This matter has long been resolved with this customer.

We entered into a bail bond agreement and we were unable to post the bond due to unforeseen events.

The customer's credit card was refunded. For some reason that is unknown to us, it took several business days for the customers account to be credit. My merchant processor could not supply an answer as to why it was taking so long. We were given several reasons that the funds could have been delayed such as pre-paid[redacted]Card, a closed bank account from a debit card, the issuing bank was a thrift/saving bank and therefore the processing rules are different from commercial banks or some type of fraudulent activity on the account. All they could tell us is that the money was released back to the issuing bank from our merchant processor.

I have not heard from this customer for some time, so I assume the funds were properly credited. The funds were taken out of our bank account many weeks ago.
