weeks ago I noticed that Dollar Bank master card was expiringI called to ask them when I should expect a new card and was advised they send new cards weeks prior to expiringToday is 10/3/16, my card expired days agoI called bank again, after minutes lady answers and tells me she doesn't handle this and needs to transfer meAnother minutes of wait and a new lady tells me that they sent it to wrong address back in JulyAddress I haven't lived on for over yearsShe tells me that they never received my new address, which can't be true because I did update the addressI receive my bank mortgage statements to correct address every monthSo the 2nd lady (who by the way is rude) now needs to transfer me AGAIN to 3rd personCurrently I have been on phone for 26:minutes with nothing done and more calls ahead of meI have to hang up, I am at work and now this is not only hurting me personally but also is affecting me at workAt my work we practice not to transfer customers around so much, unless we can guarantee a direct transfer We also empathize with customers when we know that their request and needs are urgent to them I feel frustrated because I don't have access to my funds currently and calling dollar bank is pointless unless I have an hour on my hands to wait

3 weeks ago I noticed that Dollar Bank master card was expiring. I called to ask them when I should expect a new card and was advised they send new cards 2 weeks prior to expiring. Today is 10/3/16, my card expired 4 days ago. I called bank again, after 11 minutes lady answers and tells me she doesn't handle this and needs to transfer me. Another 4 minutes of wait and a new lady tells me that they sent it to wrong address back in July. Address I haven't lived on for over 3 years. She tells me that they never received my new address, which can't be true because I did update the address. I receive my bank mortgage statements to correct address every month. So the 2nd lady (who by the way is rude) now needs to transfer me AGAIN to 3rd person. Currently I have been on phone for 26:34 minutes with nothing done and 5 more calls ahead of me. I have to hang up, I am at work and now this is not only hurting me personally but also is affecting me at work. At my work we practice not to transfer customers around so much, unless we can guarantee a direct transfer. We also empathize with customers when we know that their request and needs are urgent to them. I feel frustrated because I don't have access to my funds currently and calling dollar bank is pointless unless I have an hour on my hands to wait.

This is the best bank to deal with! The people are so nice and helpful. I really enjoy having my mortgage with Dollar Bank!
