We strive to make every customer interaction as smooth as possible and apologize for any difficulties this customer may have experienced. We have cancelled out all future shipments for this customer and have also issued a refund for the last order in the amount of $for this

Thank you for this inquiry.  We very much value each and every customer.  In this case, we received an email from the customer on 5/6 asking to have the order cancelled and refunded.  Since the order was already in transit, we were unable to cancel the order before it processed. ...

We emailed the customer back on 5/7 with this information.  The customer also requested to have his monthly shipments cancelled, which we did.  We went ahead and issued a refund to this customer on 5/11 in the amount of $24.00.  We hope this satisfies the customer.

customer for their first auto-shipment and have also ensured their future shipments have been cancelled.  We were unable to stop shipment of this order when the customer first called in as it was in process of being fulfilled in our warehouse.  We hope this resolution is satisfactory to all parties.
