terrible bought a house from them was infested with bed bugswas advertised with car garage only had one car garage that they tried charging me additional dollars for til I threatened to sueso then in result they pretended like they couldn't get my paperwork through in time for the special then the house went up another dollarsi tried buying first week of January was not closed on until mid Februaryfront porch was covered with ice ice was holding up screen door it fell and broke when it melted cause it had no pins and the deck was rotted outgarage had multiple items damaged that I couldn't see cause they couldn't find the keys til two weeks after we closedthey tell you all plumbing hvac and appliances come with one year warranty that's a lie they add on insurance to your loan so you pay for it and it is hard to make a claimthey also make you take their house insurance which costs twice as much as top insurance providersthey had a special for lot rent to stay at rate for two years that's a lie they tried to raise it up after months til I got corporate to reverse it then they raised it at one year which corporate would not fixthe management is horrible they try to make up rules all the time to fine youcurrently looking for my own land to get away from these people I suggest you never look at a home at deer field run or any sun community properties
