Dollar Car Rental Billings

Review: I arrived at Dollar Rental Car in Denver (airport location) on 09.02.2015 in the evening. I had pre-paid for a rental car at this location. Upon arrival, I waited about 45 minutes to get to the counter. I signed the leasing contract, agreed to pay for a toll fee of $50.00 - which I was told was necessary in CO in order to drive the car and then issued a vehicle. Upon return 4 days later, I checked the car in and was given a receipt for $338 - which I was charged in addition to my already pre-paid rental fees. I was told that these were all optional fees added to my lease and that if I took issue with them that I had to contact customer service. I have contacted customer service and received no response - however the charges have posted to my card. I do not believe I was charged correctly and the company refuses to communicate with me on the matter. I feel this is an unethical business, who takes advantage of tired travelers and conducting a scam operation.Desired Settlement: I would like the employee actions to be acknowledged and I would like a refund of all charges that were optional which I did not agree to.

Review: I rented a car via BJ's travel . Confirmation number [redacted]. I declined car insurance in my rental contract as well as at the rental desk. The amount due was $442.94. I was charged $833.65 upon return of the car. I never saw and/or signed a rental agreement. I signed a key pad to "verify" my credit card signature. There is a class action suit ongoing in California for this very practice. I spoke with the manager upon return of the car. He told me to contact corporate. I did , with no response. I contacted the travel service who is "looking" into it. I disputed the claim on my credit card, I rented the car November 13-23. The charge was just placed on my card. I think you should be aware of this dishonest business in your state. I have traveled to Colorado for years and have always been amazed at the people as well as how well the state is "run". I would expect this in New York, where I live, but no tin Colorado !
