I purchased a queen size bed and mattress from the given address on 05/02/2020. Simon the attendant suggested a lease and I agreed after paying $52.00 for registration Then I received and email from the leasing company(progressive leasing) it stated the duration and the mode of payments which is $39.26/week for 52 weeks.They gave an option of change(90days payment which is going to be $949.00 and Simon never told me. When I asked him he daid he thought I knew about it .Besides 52weeks option is better according to him) which I decided to go with. I purchased goods of $900, Simon did 52weeks lease I never knew there was a 90days option when I contacted him he said he thought I knew about it
I told him to change it to 90days payment bit he have me a phone number that gives automated messages. I spent my break time to call but I was kept on hold. Simon knows how to get through to the company whenever he has a new business to propose but he gave me a number that I can't get through to. Already the bed is not okay because the mattress did not fit in. The bed is more than 3 inches longer than the mattress. Ok change the mode of payment he keeps telling me that I have to contact the company.
