I ordered their advertised water bottle in November I received it in February The unit was defectiveI wrote their customer service department and was told to 'make do' with the product I told them for the price, I'd prefer not I was advised to send the bottle back, with tracking, at my own expense I am currently waiting on a refund for order #***I will only be refunded the order price (assuming they issue the refund), not the return shipping I am not sure why I had to pay the return shipping on an item that was defective? This company produces a water bottle called the [redacted] that is designed to track how much water the user ingests over time, and actively notifies the user through a flashing light and/or a smart phone application that they are behind on their daily hydration goalsAs a physician, I recognize the value in such a device in helping maintain optimum hydration during a busy work day The stated return policy on their website states that if the bottle isn't working as promised within the first days, they will fix the issue or refund the consumerMy bottle failed after days of ownershipNumerous promising e-mails have been exchanged with their customer service department but as it stands, it has now been almost days since my purchase of the device and they have yet to actually provide a solution to my defective bottle or agree to refund my purchase

Purchased product which took forever to deliver Worked for a week then broke They would only send a replacement part which I had to pay out of pocket to ship the defective one back Got the replacement it also broke Not I have to pay to ship the entire product back if I want a refund of just the original purchase price Poorly made product and terrible customer service

My sister purchased a water bottle from this company for me for Christmas After receiving the water bottle months later, I used it for week when it stopped calculating the amount of water I was drinking I reached out to the company and they advised me to check the battery sensor After taking it apart as instructed I found water and that the battery had began to corrode leaving behind a blue resin I then contacted the company and provided pictures and asked that they please provide a full refund They then sent me an email asking all these questions about the order #, place I purchased it, etc I told them they had all this information in previous emails and messages I was then instructed after all that information is provided they would send an return authorization but that I had to pay for shipping I simply want my sister to be refunded, I will return their defective product I am hoping none of the corrosion leaked int my drinking water I refuse to pay for return

I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a product from this company to research higher quality products on the market as an alternativeUpon paying $I waited six months for my water bottle to shipOnce I received it it stopped syncing with the Hidrate Spark Water Bottler app after just two days; I have tried everything and have not been able to get it working sinceTheir customer service is terribleThey simply send out generic messages that blame other companies like Android, Apple, and Fitbit for the product's consistent malfunctions, even when it is involving the OS and app versions they've advertised compatibility withIt's all bad, even down to the matte finish on the bottle, which started peeling off within two weeks of following care instructionsAll they care about is getting your moneyTheir return policy includes a stipulation that the "Product(s) must be unopened, unused, in its original packing, and never activated the sensor with an app (which will all be inspected upon receiving it back)." On 12/17/2017, I paid $for the Hidrate Spark - Purple water bottle I received confirmation that it was ordered and the Order Details On 01/02/2018, I received an email saying my order is on its way On 01/13/2017, I started getting emails asking how I liked my bottle, but I had never received it I emailed the company letting them know that I did not receive the package and asked if someone could get back to me on where it might be and when I might receive it along with information on what I ordered, when I ordered it and the order number I heard back from Kate from Hidrate asking me "How are your today? :) I have investigated your order and note that your Hidrate Spark order is in the shipping process Your tracking number is _____ Please contact the carrier if you have any questions regarding the details of your delivery Have a marvelous day!:) Kind Regards, Kate" I looked further at the tracking number and the package was never given to the *** They are sti

I am very disappointed by this productI purchased bottles (three as gifts)I quickly discovered that the bottle came with batteries that were showing 'low' levelsAfter just a few days, the bottle lost connection with the app and showed that the batteries needed to be replacedI replaced them with the batteries that were sent with the bottle and the level showed "good"- not great Withing just a few more days, the bottle showed 'low' and then the next day it showed "need to be replaced" I messaged the company and they said they would send me free batteries (which they did)While I waited, I went and purchased new batteries (which were not cheap) and installed themIn less than days, the bottle showed that I needed to replace the batteries againThis time I messaged the company, asking them to fix the problemThey sent me an entirely new battery unitOn Monday, I installed the unit and the levels showed "good" - again, it did not show greatToday is Wednesday, and the levels show lowI am sure that, by tomorrow or the next day, it will show 'needs to replace'Very disappointed with this expensive product

I have had an overall positive experience with this company and the product I ordered directly from the company website Ordering was smooth, and email communication was swift Shipping notification came the next day and including a working tracking number Product was actually delivered wthin a week (and a day earlier than expected)
Product works exactly as advertised Detailed instructions are clear to follow Batteries were included as were one additional set of batteries Troubleshooting details also included, although the product is so straightforward that I don't anticipating needing to refer to that document
As mentioned, the bottle works exactly as advertised It syncs to the app every time, and the app integrates with other major fitness apps No problems, no complaints!

I ordered this product on 12/1/with the promise this would ship in 5-business days I emailed the company on 12/17/requesting an update to which they responded in hours stating it was being shopped by 12/via expedited service
The item has not shipped yet Several emails have not been responded Company has no phone number Company has no other means to otherwise cancel the order other than email (which they do not respond

Ordered Hidrate Spark on Black Friday and it took month to even get the bottle Once received the bottle did not work properly Customer Service was very hard to reach and kept telling me to try this fix, try that fix Nothing worked Finally told me to order a new sensor and I would not be charged for it I did that days ago and the order still has not shipped I have contacted customer service and requested they refund me the price of the bottle I'm beyond fed up with this situation
