Dollar Rental Car

This company has continued to allow this manager name Jim to continue with mistreatment and disrespect threats I have complaint several times regarding this similar matter and nothing has been done this situation has been going on since December of I choose to stop renting from this racist company

CROOKS!
I received a parking ticket, and followed the ticketing agency's directions to the letter, filling out a transfer of liability. I lost an appeal to the ticket and these crooks claim that since I didn't "pay" the ticket on time (even though I responded to via appeal, submitted a transfer of liability, and then paid the ticket immediately after receiving their response) these crooks are going to take another $30 off me.
I called their fining agency, and they are judge, jury, and executioner on this issue. "Kaitlin" was "so sweet" in reducing the fine to $15, but when I asked who I could talk to, she sarcastically told me "whoever you talk to will just direct you back to us."
I then contacted Dollar customer service (since this agency works for them), I tried to give them one more chance to keep my business since I have been a customer for over 10 years. I got a stock "thank you for choosing dollar,... contact ATS at dollarrentalfine.com...) In other words, the outfit I got nowhere with.
I presented my case to them one more time WITH THE DOCUMENTATION SHOWING MY ON-TIME RESPONSES... They again denied me.
Repeat business lost over $15. Sad Sad Sad.

If you don't fill your gas tank within a 10 mile radius of their location they will charge you
$ 9.99 per gal even it is filled. I filled in New Jersey just across the bridge from the airport. They state this is their policy & you must buy in Pa. & won't reimburse !
Also I reserved a mid-size car and they gave me a compact and stated it was a mid,mid size and charged for standard mid- size ! This is customer fraud and if your a senior they think you can't do anything because there a big company.I can't afford the additional $ 57.00 they charged my family,we paid twice !!

I travel frequently for work and recreation, have rented with almost every rental car vendor, and have never had such a horrible customer service experience. The fee they charged was $200 higher than what was on the reservation, the people at the desk were extremely rude, when I called to speak to a customer service representative after I saw my bill I had to hold over 30 minutes on the phone to speak to another rude employee who refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor! Then when I went on their website to write a formal complaint, the online Customer Assistance form - specifically for complaints and inquiries - had an 'Error Processing Request' message each time I tried to submit. Rent with a more reputable company.
