Dollar Savings Resale

on 6/13/2013 I bought a refrigtor.was delivered on 6/17/2013 I paid her 279.25 pluse my side by side only aloud 50.00 for it.(it would freeze up on freezer side and wouldn't cool frig. side.If you defrosted it.It would work for a week or two fine. I live in mobil home the refrigtor I got for mine was to big wouldn't fit in space and he didn't have parts to hook my ice maker up.so I called mrs.[redacted] the store owner and asked if she had another one that has ice maker that would fit.she didn't have one.A few day's went by on Saturday06/15/2013 I stoped by the store.I talked with mrs.[redacted] I asked if they had looked at my side by side an had they fixed it.Said no but if he could fix it she would bring it an pick up the other one.she would work with me. On 06/20/2013 the worker came to my home with my side by side refrigtor said it was [redacted] sent my check back to me an they would take the refrigtor that didn't fit back that mine was fixed. I was to pay them 250.00.. on 06/28/2013 I called told him it wasent fixed.he came out and said he didn't have stuff to fix it but could give me my money back but if he did he would take the refrigtor back and I could go buy me one that worked. worked.Desired SettlementI would like my refrigtor fixed or at leased part of my money back.I understand they charge 15.00 for delivery.im willing to pay that it was 3 trip's but he didn't fix my refrigtor.I bought my side by side back and paid him for fixing it and they gave me a 30 day warenty my 30 days will be up on the 20th of july. [redacted] Oct 16[redacted]to me I received a letter Case # [redacted] stating a complaint she had with my business, Dollar Savings Resale. The problem she had was resolved before I received this letter from you. She purchased a refrigerator from me and it was her responsibility to make sure it would fit in the area in her house. It was too wide to fit in the space. She therefore told me it was defective (which it worked properly when I checked it out) And she wanted to purchase the one she had sold me( which was defective and I had had repaired). We took it to her and she was not satisfied with it either. I went and picked it up and refunded all her money except $15. 00 for 1 delivery. She told me she was pleased. I have sold both refrigerators and have no complaints with either. Both are working properly. Thank you, [redacted]
