Dollar Sixty Nine Cleaners

Review: I dropped my dress off to be cleaned and when I picked it up it had blue spots all over it. They told me it was cleaner they would re do it. I allowed them to re-clean it. It still had the same damage when I went back. I asked to have a manager call me and got no response. I had to stop in over 4 times until someone helped me. They told me to get a receipt or copy of the sales and they would pay me back. I paid $125 for the dress. I provided them with a picture of where the dress was currently on sale at JCP for $75. I had to leave it with them. This was months ago. I still haven't been paid back and they have the dress. I want the value of the dress $125. I have stopped in over 7 times and called numerous times it is clear they just want to wear me out and not pay me back for the dress. This has been going on for over 5 months.Desired Settlement: Check for $125 which was what the dress cost.
