I am rejecting this response because: just because I bought this car 6 mo the ago doesn’t mean it has to cost me problems. I haven’t had an accident in the car since I got it, until someone crashed into me 2 weeks ago. And I was told by the appraiser that the car had been in Ana ccixent before as all the parts in the front end -ie- bumper, headlight underneath bumper. Was already replaced before I bought the car but the we’re replaced improperly!! Clearly whatever auction you got it from had lied or got the information wrong but that still falls on your part.

hood. We had the hood rust spots repaired and painted. [redacted] had some problems with the vehicle missing and returned to have us look at it. We checked the vehicle while she waited. It took some time to discover the problem and it required some parts. We asked if she could leave the vehicle and we would get the parts and repair it. She became annoyed and wanted it done while she waited. The parts took a few hours to arrive. She complained during this time and wanted it done at once. After three hours or so the job was completed. We would ordinarly charge the customer SO per cent however in her case we covered the complete cost of some [redacted] has a 90 day [redacted] Warranty that was available.
This vehicle is a nice car and only has [redacted]KM. We feel that she was treated fairly and was not charged for the repair.

After buying a car it should NOT be missing at all after 3 days. Hood was not painted it was clear coated NOT PAINTED!!!! I had this confirmed by a mechanic. Again lies... Obviously I wouldn't be charged for you to actually fix what should have been done because it's under warranty. You wouldnt be getting a single cent extra from me. unprofessional manner. And yes I wanted it fixed that day, it's not my fault you are scam artists. I live 45 mins away and lost 2 days of work. Yet irs no big deal.... horrible business ethic! Beware! I have a Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500. In May of 2016 I turned it over to Stoops Dayton,, Ohio for repair to the ABS system. We received an estimate and told them to proceed. We were overcharged and work listed on the estimate was not all completed. The bill was adjusted but was still about $200 to high. This included 6 phone calls during the 9 days it took them to complete the repairs and about an additional 45 min spent getting the bill adjusted. If you have an emergency repair find another shop!!!!!!
