Absolutely the worst business ever... Paid for a shirt then had to send emails for two months now asking where the item I paid for was... I received generic emails back two weeks later asking me to have patience...they were experiencing difficulties but my item was ready to ship...I finally got a refund from my bank because three months later still no shirt... They shod be forced out of business
I have not received my item I ordered. I have contacted both emails provided several times on the website for dollar tee club, with no answer. I want a refund asap.
Ripped off. I submitted my order for one t-shirt back in 4-19-16 it is now 7-16-16 and we still have no shirt. I have countless emails of no tracking number to be provided yet but they can assure me my order is next to be placed
I placed an order on March 8th 2016. As of today April 14th I still don't have my order. I have made several attempts to contact the company and I receive a computer generated response stating the order would be filled and shipped ASAP. This morning I received another response to my continued requests for my order, only to be told it should be shipped out in about a week. My advice would be not to order from this company, as they DO NOT DELIVER. I will be requesting a full refund. Very upset!
I ordered 3 shirts. After several weeks and several emails, I did get a response in October saying my order is preparing for shipment 1-2 weeks. I have received nothing. I asked for my shirts or a refund. Still nothing.
I ordered a shirt on July 28, 2016. Upon completing my order I got a %off coupon so I ordered another shirt. I received the second shirt I ordered but not the first. The money for both orders was taken out of my account the day of the transactions. I waited and waited and still had not received my first purchase. I have emailed the "happy to help" support team a couple times and have never received an email back. It is now Nov. 7 and I still have not received my shirt. I would just like a refund at this point as I have ordered the shirt from another site now but I'm afraid to give them my banking info in order to receive a refund. I guess, lesson learned, check here first so I know who I'm dealing with when ordering online.

I ordered a t shirt over a month ago. I have contacted the company once with a successful reply telling me it shouldn't be too much longer. I have continued to wait and have tried to contact the company many times through various methods with no success. They charged my card the day of the purchase, but I have yet to received my shirt, a refund, a reply, or a confirmation number. Very disappointed that I cant even get a response or my money back. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible!! I ordered my shirts a month ago and have yet to receive my shirts. I have written several emails to their support with one response in the month span which said they were shipping. That was 3 weeks ago! Not worth it in my opinion to use these guys!
I ordered two shirts from Dollar Tee back in June. The money was taken out of my account right away, but weeks and weeks went by and I never received my shirts. I finally contacted the company who said their machines had been down, but they were up and running now. I thanked them but also said I wish they had let me know instead of waiting for me to contact them about it. So, I waited for more weeks and STILL no shirts. Yesterday I contacted the company again. Today I got an email saying they contacted the warehouse and told them to ship my shirts ASAP and that I would get a tracking number as soon as the shirts arrive. So, long story short, I ordered 2 shirts at the beginning of June, it is now almost October and I still have no shirts although they sure do have my money!
This place sucks..........Sent over $50 for tees and it's been over a month; and no tees. Tried calling their phone but it's out of service. Nothing but BS..........don't order a damn thing from this outfit...........unless you want to get screwed.

This is a huge scam and as far as I can tell, no one receives their purchases from them. Someone should start a class action lawsuit against them.

Place oder back in July 6th got oder number but nothing else.. Tryed contacting the with no response.. Now it's almost September and nothing..
