receipt but no item boxWhen Rachel called me the first time I explained to my asst manager that we don't not do returns for things just on a receiptThat we need to have the box the product came inAbout a min later Rachel called me again stating that the customer wanted to talk to meI had no problem with that and talked to herI explained again what the Dollar tree policy is for exchanges and this made miss *** mad at meAs I was trying to tell her why are policy is the way it is she started to raise her voice to meBy this time I was doneSo I told her for everything she had been through that I would let her exchange itAt that point she said that I wasn't worth it and that its stupid and only a dollarAfter she hung up on me I called my AsstManager back and asked her what just happenedRachel told me that she was very rude to begin withAnd that yes her attitude was a little sour with her but that's just because she was rude to her at firstMy assistant manager Rachel is not racistWhen I asked Rachel to describe *** to me she said that she was white?
