I purchased a gift card of $25.00 at Dollar Tree in Kenton, Ohio. I took it home and had to run it through my comp; then they send me a card with name and address, it was a gift for my sister. ***. Well I took it back to the store they would not help me at all, and comp all I got us answering messages, then I checked it out and they had taken $8.00 service charge on me and I have never used it, cause no one would tell me how. I have never taken the paper off the number as of now, but it showed con comp I had $25.00 at one time. Sorry so long but my money don't come easy for them to take it.
Return my $25.00 that was a gift for my sister.
The General Manager informed Revdex.com that the consumer should come into the store location and ask to speak with Store Manager, ***. She will be able to assist the consumer.
If the purchase was for a Credit Card Gift Card, then the consumer will be given an 800 number for the third-party who handles the cards. If the purchase was for a Dollar Tree Gift Card, the Store Manager will provide assistance.
