Dollar Tree

This complaint is for store #3651 located at 5209 Indian Head Hwy, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. Today, the manager on duty between 9:30-11AM told me that her store has no idea whatsoever when product restocks occur, her store's delivery trucks come on a Russian Roulette basis with absolutely no schedule or advance notice, and that she is unable to use her knowledge of the frequency of the truck arrivals over the last 4 weeks to develop an educated guess as to when the next truck might arrive. She affirmed all of these lies in order to tell me that her store cannot assist her paying customers with anything at all regarding toilet tissue. All stores set their own minimums and maximums for ordering, as well as create orders which are assigned a delivery date. The employees consistently have disinfectant wipes and spray, but the manager is utterly unconcerned about her customers who are trying to buy the same products she hoards for the staff. How can I follow the national objective of staying home when local stores such as this one is forcing me to travel further out for what I need? I have visited this location 4 times in the last 10 days. With such frequency I should have been able to buy a pack of toilet tissue. This manager is unconcerned with what is available to her patrons.
