Dollar Wise Discount Heating Oil

DO NOT use these people. Ordered some oil for my business, we have several tanks that have been serviced before, BY THEM. This time they pump the oil in the wrong tank, a Non working heater. Driver just pump in to the first tank he saw. I called to get this rectified and all we got was attitude and if we didn't like, not to order again. Now we are stuck with 100 gallons of oil we can't use. Crappy customer service. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I was a tenant who placed an order for oil and it was delivered on 11/17/2016 the oil then spilled into the basement of the home I was then evicted by my landlord due to the spill and then I received a bill from dollarwise for 6677 for the clean up of the spill and drainage of the rest of the oil in the tank I have no idea why they think it would be my responsibility to pay for clean up of a property that isn't my own an that I was evicted from due to this mess so I'm out the 379 I put out for the oil and Now homeless with my for children in the middle of winter trying to pay for hotels when I can or go from family members that can help until I'm able to get a new home

Review: Placed an order for oil delivery. Paid with [redacted] card no delivery after confirmation of scheduled delivery on 10/2/2014. Call them and get that my account was disconnected and they did not deliver because of a balance. They have admitted not delivering oil and charging me anyway yet I have paid for every delivery with my credit card. Every person I've talked to acts like it's the first time I've called and pretends not to know that I ever called to resolve their billing error. So now not only do they have a billing error still but they failed to deliver my oil after taking my credit card info again. I am tired of being treated like a fool while they potentially ruin my credit with their inability to properly process accounts.Desired Settlement: Show my corrected balance which is zero $ and Either make good on your two deliveries that never happened or close my account and delete my personal information. In the meantime looks like I will just have to take my business elsewhere so I can at least get the oil I paid for.

Review: I have been purchasing oil from this company for over 3 years now. Recently, the past 3 deliveries of oil I have recieved, have all had at least 3-5 gallons of WATER in with the delivery shipment. We have contacted the company several times, we were told unless other called and complained that we are pretty much out of luck. Today the delivery truck came, and yet again, there was water in the tank. Now my oil tank is in my basement above ground, so there is NO chance that there is any kind of ground contamination. The delivery driver handed me a bottle of some kind of water remover to add into the tank after he left. I still had water in my tank. AGAIN! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONES COMPLAINTS!Desired Settlement: I have to have my tank drained and refilled by another provider now. I want a refund for the 374.99 I paid today, along with reimbursement for the Service Call to a local Boiler repair facility that I now have to place to get the oil filter replaced, the spray nozzle replaced, and the entire system purged and cleaned. Again.
