checked and sealed annually by the state and all trucks are monitored daily to be sure that each and every gallons is accounted for, through truck sheets, meter readings and the delivery tickets themselves In other words this is not the local mom and pop shop where one hundred gallons one way or the other may or may not matter. We are in agreement that you did order oil from two companies and you did call to cancel your order with us but unfortunately the delivery had already been made and as I said before we have the truck sheet and delivery ticket to prove that and would have no understanding why anyone would believe that we have any need or desire to collect monies fraudulentlyPlease be assured that I have seen that the charge for that oil has been written off and you will not be bother again.

Case#[redacted] - Consumer [redacted] Charges for sending a Tech and dropping 10 gallons of oil were pulled from the Collection Agency today. The file has been closed.

Review: Dollar wise oil says that they filled my tank with 224.8 gallons of oil, when I ordered 150 gallons of oil. I actually very MUCH disagree that they put an extra 75 gallons of oil in my tank, but I cannot prove it!!!! SO I agree to pay for the oil that they say that they put in my tank. They said that since it was their mistake, they would only charge me $3.20 per gallon. I called back to make a payment, less than one week after they told me that it would be $3.20 per gallon and they refused to let me pay at $3.20 per gallon. They said that they said that if I paid that day. They absolutely did not say that that was the rate only if I paid that day. Beside the fact that they were so rude, every time that I have called , they treat me like I am not a paying customer! During these cold winter seasons, who has an extra $240 laying around! I have a family and a home and am just trying to get through this winter season, especially with oil heat. The rates are ridiculous. And then when I called to pay my bill they said that they only offered that rate if I paid that day. That is not the case! I am a paying customer and have always paid COD. They lost my check on my first delivery and then continued to bill me $25 for my lost check fee. They said they were delivering my oil between 8a and 3p and I called them at 3:30 and they said that they wouldnt be there until after 4pm. I work at 4pm! I jsut work to try and take care of my family and coming up with an extra $240 out of nowhere is not easy!!! And for them to tel me that I can pay at $2.20 per gallon and then LIE about it, it absolutely ridiculous. It is SO clear from all of their reviews online and reviews on the Revdex.com, that they are a terribly ran business and they have no compassion for families that are struggling to support their families and make it through the winter.Desired Settlement: I would like to pay the OFFERED $3.20 per gallon and NOT $3.569 per gallon!! I also am not paying the $25 previous balance on my account because they lost my check and I had to pay my bank a $25 cancelled check fee. REMOVE THIS! They billed me 224.8 gallons @ 3.569 per gallon = $802.31. I want to pay the OFFERED 224.8 gallons @ 3.20 per gallon = $719.36 because that is what they OFFERED me!! I have already paid $588.88, so I am willing to pay $130.48.

Review: I ordered oil online on 2/3 and paid for the oil before delivery. The company was to deliver the oil on 2/4. We were told it would be delivered in the morning and somebody had to be there. I took the day off of work and nobody showed up. I called and they stated they would come later in the day. They still did not show up and called us stating they were not coming. We called several times that night because we had an infant in the house and we would have run out of oil if we waited for for the company to show up. When we did call the CS reps were rude and told us there was nothing they could do. The truck was not going to make it there. A tech was sent to the house on the 4th with 10 gallons, we still called numerous times to see when our full delivery was to be made. They kept telling us they were calling the dispatcher and we would have our oil. We still did not receive our full delivery on the 5th and after caling numerous times again, they came with another 10 gallons. We did not receive our full order until 2/6. This business now is sending us a bill stating they had to prime our boiler. We never ran out of oil and they never primed our boiler.Desired Settlement: We need them to stop billling us for a service they did not do. They are sending us a fraudelent bill and trying to send us to collections. I have tried to contact them numerous times with no response but additional bills.

Review: On 1/31/13, my fiance and I called DOLLARWI$E oil, to get oil for our home. We ordered the minimum we needed to see how long it would last us. We order 150 gallons of oil. My fiances credit card was charged $565.35 ($3.77 per gallon). A statement was sent to us within the last week with a statement date of 4/11/13, stating we had a past due notice of a bill in the amount of $197.87. When we called the company today on 4/23/13, they put us through to the manager on duty named [redacted]. She stated that somehow the driver, made an error and accidentally poured in an additional 52 gallons of oil. After discussing how we felt that was not a consumers fault and the company should be taking responsibility for the error, she stated the only thing she could do for us was give us today's oil price at $ 3.31 a gallon and change the due amount to roughly around $ 175.00; letting us pay in two payments. The problem is this. This was not our error, but yet because they say it is a commodity, we are responsible. If I wanted 202 gallons of oil, thats what I would of purchased. I understand that sometimes maybe an extra gallon or so comes out, but how does 52 gallons accidentally get poured, nevertheless, at my expense? The manager stated, if we did not pay the bill it would be going to collections. She stated that an earlier statement was sent out sometime in March; but because its been three months since we had a delivery, our options were minimal. Very unprofessional and feel definitely taken advantage of by the company. This is absolutely the companys fault and they should be held responsible.

Desired Settlement: This company should not be asking me for the remainder of the bill. I ordered 150 gallons , that's all I'm paying for. This is their "accident" and so they should be responsible for the $ 197.87.

Review: I ordered 100 gallons of heating oil from Dollarwise on 1/14/2014(I have Order Confirmation). 100 Gallons was delivered and payed for in full. About a month later, I got bill from Dollarwise Oil stating that they had actually delivered 250 gallons(supposedly 150 more by mistake). This was not the case. My tank has a capacity of about 330 gallons,I had approximately 50 gallons before I ordered, when the oil was delivered, my gauge was almost at half tank. If 250 gallons was delivered, my gauge would show at least three quarter full. I have contacted Dollarwise by phone and email and they are not interested in investigating this matter. Thank YouDesired Settlement: I hope my complaint would convince Dollarwise to investigate this matter further. Dollarwise is billing me 566.48 for a Product I did not order and most important was not delivered.

Review: For 12/19/14 we ordered 150 gallons of heating oil and paid the exact amount COD. [redacted] "accidentally" delivered 268 gallons. On 12/19/14 a woman called from [redacted] and said that they overfilled our tank. We did not order this oil so she said that they would give us extra time to pay. We asked for them to send us a bill. They did not send a bill. [redacted] instead put our account on hold and when we called on 1/23/15 to order oil we could not because we "did not pay the bill" that they did not send.After hours on the phone with customer service on 1/23/15 to negotiate a fair price for the oil bill that we never received. We would never have ordered 268 gallons with the falling price of heating oil. [redacted], from [redacted], said the price would be $2.249 per gallon for the additional 115 gallons. We asked for a bill to be sent to us for the oil at that agreed upon price. He said he would have to get back to us. We were not contacted again.On 1/29/15 we received the bill for the first time and the price is instead $2.549 per gallon. Additionally, to add insult, the bill says that our a part of our balance is past due! Another 45 minutes of on hold time on the phone with customer service (that did not know what to do) did not resolve the issue.In summary: 1.[redacted] overfilled our tank with oil that we did not order 2.[redacted] did not send us a bill 3.[redacted] put our account on hold so that we couldn't purchase more oil 3. With the falling prices of heating oil, [redacted] is charging us an unfair price for oil that we never ordered in the first place.Desired Settlement: 1. [redacted] should apologize for overfilling our tank and admit that our balance is not past due.2. [redacted] should send us a bill for 115 gallons at 2.249 per gallon which we will promptly pay.3. [redacted] should put in place a better system of customer service to handle this type of situation. The current customer service is fine when you are simply scheduling an oil delivery but very poor for anything else.

Review: This company quoted me a price of 3.3618 per gallon on the website for 150 gallons total 504.27. My debit account was charged the 504.27. I got the oil no problem and slip was left with all this info on it. I also ordered oil for my son's house (different location) to be delivered on the same date. They pre-authorized his charged card but never processed the charge. Now a month later they say the 504.27 was his charge and not mine and want to charge him $3.51 per gallons not the 3.36. He received about 143 gallons. So the bottom line is that what I paid for 150 gallons they claim was for the 143 gallons and want payment for the 150 gallons now. So they took the 504.27 I paid and divided by the 143 gallons my son received and came up with a price of 3.51 per gallon a month later. This company is so unprofessional. I could tell you more stories about delivery problems more billing problems but this one was the worse yet. The customer service department is so unprofessional not one can take an order correctly. They say they are applying a 5 cent discount then when you go to order more oil they say you still have a balance because nobody applied the discount to the prior delivery! HELPDesired Settlement: Refund for the difference between the 3.36 stated on my documents and the 3.51 per gallon they charged

Review: I will try to keep this short. Called for delivery of oil for Thursday November 7 2013. Left blank amount check made out to Dollarwise which left on front door. Needed tank filled They said they filled it and took check. Had furnace done Saturday November 9 2013. Tank was not filled and it is almost empty. Spoke to Dollarwise and they said owed for 90.2 gallons. We have credit for $93.00 from August 2013. Now I had to stop payment on check. Tank is empty and have to get some oil and now find another company. I know they are owned with [redacted]. I had [redacted] and had a hard time cancel king to go to Dollarwise because oil is cheaper. Why are they doing this to me. Now I'm afraid they are going to go after me for money and I didn't receive any oil. It was suppose to be filled. Please help me. [redacted].Desired Settlement: The credit of $93.00 they said I have and I'm never contacting for oil again
