MrPerrin, owner of National Property Inspections in [redacted] , did not fulfill his contract obligationsI am a first time home buyer and he wrote in his home inspection that my plumbing was fine, but the week-end I moved in I had major plumbing issues with the kitchen sink that cost me $to fixHe has not returned my calls for over a week regarding these issues His employees say he is in town The week-end after I moved in, my refrigerator leaked all over the floor and I have also had to replace it even though I was told that the appliances were fineNow I am wondering what else may be substandard MrPerrin appears to be totally unconcerned with reimbursing me for any of the money I have lost due to his erroneous inspection contractThis, despite the fact that his company is insured for such an eventualityThe plumber said that "the baskets beneath the sink were rotted out and that any home inspector with experience should have spotted that immediately."

Mr *** *** conducted a home inspection prior to my purchase of my first homeHe overlooked and missed several critical items resulting in many unexpected costs incurred by meHe missed plumbing issues, major roof issues, mildew and mold problems, and defective appliances
After receiving a complaint from my mom (I am a young first time home buyer), Mr*** stated that he would give me a refund for the inspectionAfter calling him (without response) and sending an email to accept his offer for refund, I have not heard back from Mr***Nor have I received any sort of refund
