been in business for over 14 Years with no issue from any of our customers. However, her racist remarks will not be tolerated. The phone she brought back was perfectly fine, I personally took her phone and kept making calls while she was there with me to see if there is a problem, which there weren't. According to our cellar company regulations we are not allowed to take back a phone that's working, and hers was. The watch she bought had defective battery and it replaced for free. this person is not just coming up with a fake story, but also getting racism involved for no reason.

Review: Went into store to purchase a few item, had them in my hand went to the counter to pay saw something behind the counter (small backpack) asked for it clerk put it with the other items (three total), he told me the total was $7.00 plus tax!Two of the items were one dolar, third item was five dollars. Confused I asked how come this is a Dollar store, your advertising throughout the store says EVERYTHING IS ONE DOLLAR. His reply was but it was behind the counter. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was not available, and that was their instructions. Since I refused to pay the price and left there is no monetary value, just a complaint to change their practices, or receive the appropriate sanctions.Desired Settlement: As required by state law.
