Hello all, do not purchase or use this shop if you have problems, they don't honor their work, I also purchased a new battery that is days out of warranty and they will not honor, money grubbers!

My experience here was great and my salesman Marvin went through great links to help me find the bike I wanted and the right size helmetI would definitely recommend this company to family and friends

I have contact [redacted] at Express and he has promised time and time again to come and finish and then fix an issue with two light boxes but never does Express rewired our home during our remodelDuring that process there were two lights in the master bath that needed to be mounted on a wall at a later dateExpress and I agreed that we would run the electric lines to the approximate location and at a later date when that location was known Express would come back and cut a whole in the wall and put in the electric box for the two lightsI called ***(Express) on several occasions and asked him to let me know when he could come and do the workEach time he said I will get back to you but he never didI finally gave up and called another electrician to come and do the work [redacted] (Express) would not come and completeThe new electrician cut the holes and installed the two new electrical boxes but upon completion of the process found that there was not electrical power to the one box

The people here are so nice and helpfulI was a inexperienced rider looking for a helmet and they helped me out so much making sure I got the right sizeI would go back to this place and would recommend this place too

installed a furnace for us in the early summer , great product, loads of information, workers were excellent installer's , tidied up after installation , answered any and all questions , polite and extremely nice to deal with , they were a pleasure and a breath of fresh air , we would highly recommend this company to anyone, we have now called for a quote on a gas fireplace!!!

On Jan I sent in a complaint against Dollarama at Blanshard stVictoriaI went to the store to make a purchase and when I went to the till the cashier said is that everything - I replied that is itThe cashier then said the only reason I ask is because I want to know what else you have tucked inside your jacketI replied I was an LPO security for years and what you just said to me is extremely insultingThe cashier then replied Well I can\'t tell you the things I have seen since I have come hereI replied I don\'t care what you have seen since you have come hereI finished paying by debit and left the storeOn Janthe responce back to my e-mail was thanks for bringing to our attention will look into the matter.On Jan I send e-mail back saying since no further responce will send complaint to Revdex.comJan Dollarama responds back Take matter very seriously looking in to it - taking all appropriate actionsJan I respond if appropriate action is ignoring me then good job, but to late I have sent it to Revdex.comFeb Dollarama E-mails me would like to offer me $***Dollarama gift card for bringing matter to their attentionFeb I respond are you serious $*** dollars for being completely humiliated in front of other customers by your cashier -no -complaint will remain with Revdex.comFeb Dollarama responds They will await report from Revdex.com and will respond to themAt NO TIME did they admit doing wrong - offer an apology for doing wrong - then seem to think that $*** will make me feel better for what they have done wrongThis is the worst treatment as a customer I have ever experienced, and they think $*** will fix it - NO

West Coast Power Sports is AWESOME! From Chris in sales to their parts, f&i, and service...they cannot be beat! We just bought a new Spark there and were in and out in a half hour. They even delivered! I own a business and expect nothing but great customer service - West Coast Power Sports has it! Would highly recommend this business.
