DollarsDirect Inc has refused to close my account at my requestAlthough the account is paid-off and I have no obligations towards the company, they continue to avoid closing my account I will not encourage anyone to use the service since once you open an account they will refuse to close it

Business seemed promising Correct information was listed under account details for paydays (Friday), but for some reason it was going to debit my account one day early (the 26th) without my knowledge or consent I checked loan contract and verified 27th as correct date They refused to take responsibility, blamed me, and called the change "an extension", then couldn't tell me how this had happened; when I had seen the correct information all along Where did the 26th even come from? One rep I spoke to informed me that I had signed an "early debit agreement" form which allowed them to take the payment earlier than agreed??? I spoke with a manager who couldn't tell me what happened either I took screenshots of my account information They denied that this was incorrect once changes had been madeIf I had not have checked, I would have had a much bigger problem to deal with Use a different service One that cares more about its clients

I've done about loans with Dollars Direct now, and haven't had any problems! It's fast, and easy, and you can receive discounts plus, the money is always debited on the exact date they give you...no more, no lessI think they're great!

I had completed several loans with this organization, during transition to another account I had contacted them to swich payment which delayed repayment. At the end of the transaction. With paying in full I go to try reloan and not avialble at this time. Try again 6 month later and no chance of working with organization.

When someone makes effort and pays late fee and contacts organization before they do that all of sudden. ohh got payment dont lend again.

Not very good way of doing business when there was 4 transaction with no concerns prior. And all payments were made.
