Good Morning!!!!!Several correspondence shave been made with this individualAs stated in emails our offices were CLOSED during the time her initial email came thru regarding a refundRefunds for ALL others had already been sentOur offices were closed for the holiday and I had no way at that time of checking to see if hers was completed(we receive fraudulent complaints daily so verifying each email is required)Our office administrator checked the following week after completing his workload and realized this payment was never in our initial paperworkA verification of payment was requeted by us to help move along the refund and verify the claim How was her initial payment overlooked? We don't knowComputer error maybe but none the less its still an errorOnce the oversight was caught the paperwork is placed on my desk for refundingI am the ONLY one that can refund this paymentMy day to day operations don't always include my stepping in to the office unfortunatelyOnce I see requests they are processedI understand that the consumer may not understand our schedule nor care and we respect that however our company policy is days for refund after said date of event IF approved for refundingWe are still within that day windowWe appreciate all of our customers and look at them as individuals not just names in a stack of formsWe will look at a better way to help expedite moving forwardRefund has already been processedDepending on the customers bank we don't know how long it will take for them to receiveThank you!

My day to day operations don't always include my stepping in to the office unfortunately. Once I see requests they are processed. I understand that the consumer may not understand our schedule nor care and we respect that however our company policy is 30 days for refund after said date of event IF approved for refunding. We are still within that 30 day window. We appreciate all of our customers and look at them as individuals not just names in a stack of forms. We will look at a better way to help expedite moving forward. Refund has already been processed. Depending on the customers bank we don't know how long it will take for them to receive. Thank you!
