Dolly Duster

I was told, when I called Dolly Duster and spoke with John, for a 'move out clean, my home would sparkle like it did when it was newThat was a big joke
John did an over the phone estimate for my homeI agreed to what I thought was a fair price for a deep clean (their website clearly states that this includes: Furniture dusted - top, front and underneath, baseboards, picture frames dusted, Countertops and backsplash disinfected (all items removed and replaced), etc)
April 17, 2016, one person arrived to clean my house and spent hours to do very little
The vents were not cleaned, the floors were still dirty and the mop boards were a hit and missWhen he was attempting to clean the floors, he did mention his mop was an old one he liked and couldn’t get any moreHe had to fix it a couple of timesSo much for top of the line equipment and cleaners
Washer and drier were not cleaned, he didn’t dust what little furniture is left in the houseKitchen cabinet doors and drawers were not washed, he didn't wipe the shelves down other than take a swipe at them with his duster Some mirrors were not cleaned, medicine cabinets were not cleaned
Cabinets were not wiped down, bottom of freezer was not cleanedThe oven was not totally cleanWorker did not have oven cleaner with himI gave him some and later found it under the sink unusedHis mop and dusters were dirty to start withMy D-I-L and I spent two days cleaning floors and washing cabinet frontsetcNeedless to say I was/am extremely disappointed in Dolly Dusters serviceI paid several hundred dollars for your service and had to do all of it overVery poorly doneDid very little for the large amount they charged
I did not contact you sooner as the house is miles from the location where I now resideI had not inspected it until this weekI realize I am beyond your guarantee period, however I do want you to know the job was far from professionalThis was a very expensive mistake in hiring Dolly Dusters
After some discussion and a month later, I called John, and he verbally offered a partial refund of $I agreed to accept that amountHe told me a check was mailed from their corporate office in Arizona on July 9th, 2016.There are no corporate offices in ArizonaThis is now August 15, 2016, and I have been given many excuses and plans to mail a check, hand deliver a check and to overnight a checkNone of which ever took placeI do not feel this is a company with integrity or honorI certainly would not use their service again nor recommend them to anyone
