went into the shop (dolly sues in estevan), asked if they do weaves and can make my hair long into ombre. the girl ([redacted]), said she could and would order the extensions. I pre paid 550 dollars on my [redacted]. went into my appointment Thursday early [redacted]. I called the salon to make sure it was alright. they agreed. I went I we proceeded in the nature of braiding my hair then adding the extensions then coloring them. [redacted]. 8 hours in the salon later the and anoterh 847 $ paid by debit my hair was not what they had said it would be .... it was well passed hours of operation... [redacted] my hair was ruined and looked horrible.[redacted]. while home for 24hrs my head was irritated unbearably ichy and bleeding.. I consulting an a mutual friend and hairdresser of a chain salon ([redacted]) she proceeded and suggested that we take them out to see what was wrong... I have photo evidence of burns on my scalp from not being pre allergy tested and coloring left on my scalp and not washed. [redacted] confirmed with me that no hair dresser is trained to color with extensions put in. [redacted].I then called the hair salon the next day to say what happend they said they would refund me ... the following thursday I drove down to return the extensions and they denied my refund saying it was my own fault they didnt work for me.
