Terrible customer service! I placed an order on January 23, When a week went by and the tracking information still indicated the the USPS had not received my order for shipment, I contacted Dollyhair.com She responded by saying the order had been shipped on January 25, which was not true Since then I have received another e-mail, with another tracking number, which still indicates that the package has not actually been received by the Postal Service Dollyhair.com has notified them electronically that she will be sending a shipment, but they do not have the actual package Since that point Dollyhair has failed to respond to my e-mails

When a week went by and the tracking information still indicated the the USPS had not received my order for shipment, I contacted Dollyhair.com. She responded by saying the order had been shipped on January 25, which was not true. Since then I have received another e-mail, with another tracking number, which still indicates that the package has not actually been received by the Postal Service. Dollyhair.com has notified them electronically that she will be sending a shipment, but they do not have the actual package. Since that point Dollyhair has failed to respond to my e-mails.
