Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/06/19) */
In response to case #XXXXXXXX. Documents were completed and submitted for Dissolution of Marriage March 3, 2015. Conference Hearing date is scheduled for October 29, 2015. We are not at liberty of moving hearing dates sooner which was...

requested. It is the Courts decision to assign hearing dates not up to us.
In response to the custody documentation. We were not involved in completion as this documents as the case had been previously opened April 27, 2009.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/06/20) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
[redacted] gave me a fake court date of May26 when the day came he had excuses to not show up I have text messages to prove this and him stating he made a mistake on finishing papers witch was the proof of service... We don't have a court date and I have the paper work to prove it since I had to take my papers to another company to have them finish what this man never did, on his text he states he paid extra 600 dollars for a lawyer to finish my divorce but that was a lie too because at court since December nothing was ever done and I didn't know since its first time dealing with this type of issues.
I asked [redacted] for the lawyers name or # and he kept lying I have again text to prove my allegations. I am not the only person he has done this to and this is why I ask for a further investigation on what this man business does to take advantage of people who don't know any better. I kept since December 12 giving him the benefit of the thought but every day it was excuse over excuse.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 18, 2015/07/29) */
Ms. [redacted] worked for my agency in the past, I am surprised that she did not approach me soon after she noted there was a problem. She knows who I am and I would have been happy to look into her complaint and work it out with her. My office received $750 total to prepare divorce documents, serve documents to Mr. [redacted]. Unfortunately, the address we were given was incorrect and documents could not be served. In an effort to save Ms. [redacted] the court fees, fee waiver documents were also completed and presented to the court. This packages are lengthy and require time to prepare as well as delivery of packages. I feel my office did its part in completing the divorce package. The judge is the only that can make a decision as to whether fees are waived or not. Ms. [redacted] was given notice by the court that fee waiver was rejected and that she needed to pay court fees. I see that her documents were voided because she did not pay the court fees. Her lack of response to the court notice to pay fees is beyond our control. Our job was simply to fill out the divorce questionnaire and fee waiver. As far as I am concerned, we fulfilled our part. I realize Ms. [redacted] is going through a very painful situation and she is under great stress, I don't want to make a difficult process any more difficult for her and even though I feel we did our part I am willing to reimburse half of the moneys paid her. I will submit copies of documents prepared by my office.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 22, 2015/07/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept half of my money returned, I did know that my waiver was denied so I had to pay court fees but the case was never paid for and the person was never served [redacted] still had my# and he stated everything was going good till I got served by the other party in March and found out the job wasn't done... I have worked in the pass [redacted] them and receive on the mail my check for that month I worked so they had my correct address and phone number, he could of just told me the truth so I could of taken care of it or just give me my money but instead he lied about [redacted] the papers in another lawyers hands when he knew I would find out with time that this case was going to be thrown out.
