Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Unfortunately, Forte's response is inaccurate To begin the ENTIRE job was completed by a day laborer and NOT by the father or son.Forte was recommended through mutual family friends They sold themselves on their "years experience", but could not produce any design options once the project began We were constantly told "trust me, I have been doing these for forty years" - Big mistake! Lack of quality work caused things to be changed along the way Forte forgot to mention we PAID for those changes We were never happy with the work and were in constant communication to "fix" things along the way We were told they would return to fix multiple items after the job was completed I was then told the weather was getting too cold to call back April [redacted] of the following year I did just that and was told each week "I will be there next to fix everything I want to make you happy." Homeowner designed patio and walkway: chose color and design layout of pavers. After the patio was completed and all cuts were made, the homeowner asked for us to change the design. We made it "rounder" to accommodate the homeowners request. Husband designed walkway. After walkway was complete,...

the next day, the homeowner's wife requested the walkway to be "rounder". Prior to us changing it, homeowner spray painted requested design on lawn for us to follow. After all work was completed, homeowner was happy, said "thank you" and signed contract to satisfaction. All work was completed by licensed father and son with 40 years experience, not a day laborer.Several weeks later, homeowner's wife called and explained that she was unhappy with a few cuts. We went back and fixed the cuts in the walkway to satisfy the wife's request. Homeowner said "thank you" and was satisfied.Several weeks later, the homeowner's wife called and wanted to change design of walkway and color of pavers at no expense to homeowner. According to homeowner's wife, if new changes weren't made at no cost, she was requesting a full refund.
