Dolphin Enterprises

I am surprised this organization is still in business. My business dealings with Dolphin Enterprises were definitely less than desirable. A few years back I ordered a printer and extra print tray from them. The printer was being transported from California to Northern Virginia. For this company to be in the business of shipping large pieces of office equipment, their packing methods were substandard. I have no idea if this has improved over the years. There was no form of insulation in the box, i.e., bubble wrap, styrofoam, popcorn, NOTHING. The additional print tray was damage beyond repair. The damaged tray was returned to Dolphin and a second try was sent to our location. Once again due to poor packing methods the second tray was also damaged. After months of dealing with this company, we did not receive a second print tray and the printer itself never did work.
