Review: My partner and I checked in the hotel around 430pm on saturday the 15th Room #8, the front desk guy "[redacted]" had us wait 10 mins for our room, we got in our room and it has 2 windows one by the Alley and one by the road. That night we left to go out and as we were leaving we had seen that [redacted] was drinking one of those Cranberita drinks as he was walking to front desk he was very talkative and kinda slurring as if he was drunk. we thought that was odd. We all left to go out and we retured later that evening and our friend left and we layed down 10 minutes later we heard knocking on the window that was pointing in the alley, well we thought it was out friend but to our surprise it was [redacted] the front desk guy. he was saying something couldnt really understand him, It was very very scarry and uncomfortable for us, was he watching us for a bit before he knocked?? We grabbed all our stuff and opened our front door to the room and he was standing there and was asking us if we wanted to smoke weed with him we said no thank you and walked out. I forgot my phone so we went back in and told him I left my phone in the room as well as the key, he said "Oh no problem" we followed him and he popped the room open with a card or something with no problem. The lock on that room is very unsafe... We feel that something needs to be done. We payed $83.00 to stay in that room just to be scared out of our minds. A person like that should not be running a place like that. Im not sure if he owns the hotel but please I want it to be safe for future people that stay there.Desired Settlement: I think that [redacted] should be removed from his postion. That place really needs to be looked into in the evening so you can actually see what goes on. All lockes should be looked at for saftey reasons. It looks like the place had cameras and they should really be reviewed and if they are not working then they should put ones that do work. I think the hotel should have cameras outside around the hotel so when things like this happen it can be addressed properly. I think I'am entitled to my refund for what we went through and we didnt even get to stay in the room that we payed for due to being harrassed and creaped out and offered drugs. Thank you.
