3 seasons used Dolphin pool manufacturer will not return phone calls or emails The water was tested weekly and the people next door have a similar pool with no issues yet we heard from the installer the manufacturer is claiming it’s the water. No communication with us whatsoever A 3 season used pool !

Review: We originally purchased a pool from [redacted] appox 9 years ago after hurricane sandy the pull came out of its structure and had to be re installed. The pool was in perfect condition after the hurricane and after it was re installed and we paid Dolphin Pools 3000 to re install by eyes view. When we filled the pool with water and stepped into it the bottom was buckling. Soon after that we got 2 cracks in the pool we contacted [redacted] who told us if he could not fix the cracks he would replace the pool but that the weather had to be over 70 to fix the cracks. This was April of 2014 he never came nor returned any phone calls or texts. We than tried to contact him April of 2015 which we did and he once again promised he would come and fix them in time for us to fill the pool for Memorial Day Weekend. My husband and I have called, texted and emailed numerous times with no answers back. We have a cracked pool that is loosing water and don't know where to turn, We are actually so surprised at this behavior from [redacted] because he seemed like such a great guy. We need our pool fixed as promised. Not sure if now I should take them to court. Please help.Desired Settlement: To fix our pool
