I never signed for anything as the guy who came out only had a school note book and made the statement that his girlfriend says he needs to do better for receipts
The tv was working when the installer showed upIt was NOt working when he leftI will be filing a complaint with the California Attorney General Consumer Complaints department at the direction of the Colorado Attorney Generals Office and will be filing a small claims court caseI never signed any documentation because the guy never offered any documentation to sign

I have filed a comaint with the California attorney generals officeAnd the vendor is incorrectI called the very next morning and spoke to a woman at their businessIt was 930pm at night when the installer finishedThe TV quit working properly after he installed it
Please also provide this recorded phone conversation as I did state I did not see the installer drop the TV but that does not give a company permission to secretly record someone without them knowing
A complaint has been filed as well as a small claims case

Hi Laura,
Enclosed are the picture that our 2nd installer came out and took as he try to fix the situationAs you can see there are no physical damages to the TV what so everIt has the blue line going straight downThis is a clip defect common with older TV as they get used and agesAs you know electronic do not last foreverThis is an older model LED TV as you can tell in the picture (the silver panel on the bottom of the screen)
The customer state on a recorded phone conversation that he did not ever see our installer drop the TV or did anything that would somehow damage the TV physicallyMore over the customer did not call us about any damages on the day of the installHe call us back two days later after our installer had leftAnd the pictures show that this is a common TV usage defect rather than anything physical that can be done to itWe had done an investigation and determine that this not our fault and we do not cover this as it is not our fault
Yours Truly,

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/08/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
A partial refund of $220 was issued. However, I was not refunded the tax I was charged on the $220. That amount at the tax rate of 9.25% is an additional $20.35 that I should have been credited. Furthermore, the tax rate in Tucson, Arizona, where the services were rendered, is 8.1%. So, not only did Dolphin Installation not refund me the tax on the issued credit, I was overcharged tax in the first place. I have an amended invoice, from the installer contracted through Dolphin Installation, for a total of $343.76. This amended invoice reflects the accurate charge of $318 for installation, plus an additional $25.76 in tax (at the accurate rate of 8.1%), for a total of $343.76. I was charged $538 for installation (some of which was unnecessary, and so not performed) + $49.76 at the incorrect tax rate of 9.25%. for a total of $587.76. I was overcharged $244.00 by Dolphin Installation, and only credited $220. Therefore, Dolphin Installation still owes me a credit of $24.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I was not refunded any of the tax I was initially charged for this. I was refunded the amount for the service that wasn't rendered, but never refunded the tax that was applied to this overcharge. Again, they also charged a higher tax rate (9.25%) than what is applicable to Tucson, AZ, where the services were performed, which is 8.1 % I'm owed $24.00 from Dolphin Installation for the tax that was applied to the overcharge, plus the additional tax paid at a higher rate than what is accurate. Again, I have the invoice that was correctly amended by the Dolphin Installation contracted installer. I'd be happy to forward it to whomever requires it. Dolphin Installation should have this amended invoice, as that is the one I signed. I'm owed an additional $24.00.
