This issue has been resolved by Mr [redacted] and he agreed lot send me the billed items as well as to group them together in order for the shipping to become a bit less and refund the card the difference Mr [redacted] as owner clearly understand the problem and was very apologetic and concerned with the issue I appreciate your time to and involvement towards resolving the issue

The customer knew that when they signed up for the class sessions that there would not be any refunds if they chose not to come to the lessonsOnce the time slot is booked by a customer we can no longer

Review: I have purchase items from this online store before with no problems what so ever in the transaction. I purchased two different computers for diving earlier this months and they have been hiding around the bushes after my credit card have been charged they personally accused me of my credit cards being fraudulent. If it was not because I called they have yet and refuse to send the purchased items and still to this day 39 minutes ago insinuate on my transaction been fraudulent, yet my credit card was already charged for the purchased items. I feel insulted and discriminated against this company for no apparent reason, they argue that they try to call my office but my secretary does not speak inglish. When finally I asked them to provide me with another for of payment they said to use pay pal but have no sent me the bill yet, so I can us e my pay pal account, I believe they do not have the advertise product and that is why they are playing around with me. Please helpDesired Settlement: I need for them to send me the items they have charged my credit card as paid for and to my address. I do not want a refund if they advertise something and they charged my card I want them to ship my items, if they do not have the items it is a clear display of false advertisement, and they should be punished by law.

Review: My son, [redacted]-12 years old, was enrolled with this company to learn swimming on 06/10/2015. He just participated with a swimming session one time, and he got scared of swimming, and he said he didn't like the way they have taught. And,he gave up. My wife and I talked to the manager( I don't remember the name)about any refund, but that gentleman insisted on the postpone the swimming courses instead of refunding me the rest of the money that I paid $88. My wife and I went twice to talk to him to get a refund, but the gentleman was being rude not to give the money back. Then, we waited for a long time that we thought they would refund us, but they failed to do this, so I have been complaining you about the business. Probably, the guy's name is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like get a refund of the rest of the money because my son participated in one course.
