Review: My son had been attending this swimming school for almost a year, and we have been paying 150$ a month. The coach [redacted], (or [redacted]), has been singling out my son and and making his lessons miserable for past few sessions. on June **, my son has been kicked out of the pool, and was told to go home and dont come back in the first 15 minutes of the 1 hour sesion. When we had confronted [redacted] about what had happenned and why did he resort to such matters as kicking him out of the pool and telling him to leave and not come back, since the sesions were paid for until July [redacted]s explanation had nothing reasonable to do with my son [redacted], but had to do with all the kids swimming that day, and yet [redacted] was the one kicked out. I told [redacted] that I am paying for the sessions and he has no right to kick him out for nothing, he just said , you dont have to pay anymore, and dont come back anymore. We told him that in that case they must refund the unused portion of my money , that was prepaid until July[redacted], he said ok, we will.On the [redacted] of June we tried contacting the Owner of the school, [redacted], he is refusing to issue any refund , or talk to us, hangs up the phone. We demand a refund for this conduct from the side of this school. the refund is for 7 unused sesions, due to the conditions created by the schoolDesired Settlement: a refund check

Response:
According to the contract signed by the parents of the child in question, the school
representatives, including swimming head coach may dismiss the child from
class due to dangerous and/or inappropriate behavior.
The child in question was dismissed from the class for the following reasons:
1. He is a part of the swim team and as such is expected to follow the rules
and regulations explained to all swimmers. Furthermore, he is obligated to
follow the directions provided by the swim coach. This child failed to do
both.
2. Running in the pool is strictly prohibited for the safety reasons. This
particular child was running in the pool area and didn't stop even after
being confronted by the coach.
3. Jumping into the water is prohibited without supervision and observation
of the coach. The child in question jumped into the water before being
allowed to do so.
4. After the child was told by the coach to stop misbehaving, he continued to
ignore the directions therefore endangering himself and other teammates.
Because of the reasons stated above the coach was forced to remove the child
from practice to assure the safety of others and as a disciplinary measure.
In accordance with the contract which states that no refunds will be issued
if the child is removed from the class due to misbehavior and endangering
others. That is why the parents were denied the refund. They were also
informed that their child can continue attending classes starting from the
next class. Child's parents decided to withdraw the child from the class
instead.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:in responseYour Answer Here]
In response to the answer of my complaint
My son [redacted] is a 16 year old , straight A's high school student, and has been on a school swim team for 2 years, with honors and achievements in city competitions .He knows pretty well how to follow instruction and discipline because he was trained to do so. He has been attending Dolphin swimming school for recreational purposes and he was never on their alleged swim team , simply because there is no swim team, and no competitions were ever offered to any swimmer. In response to the reasoning for not issuing a refund, the allegations against [redacted] are completely false, and the events of the day in question distorted. We would first of all like to be presented with a so called contract with the rules and regulations clearly stating that if the coach dismisses the student and tells him to never come back again, the student isn't eligible for a refund. The class was prepaid for the entire month, my son could not attend the school due to the rudeness, the constant harassment, and the unbearable conditions created by the coach.on the day of the incident, in front of witnesses and family members, that can testify at any time to the fact that there was never any running or misbehaving inside and outside the pool by my son. He was picked on, badgered, bullied by the coach, and thrown out of the pool for no reason. This was going on for a while before the incident date, other kids where acting out on the that day and the coach took it out on my son.The coach spoke to my wife on the phone, that evening and promised. that a refund will be issued.
WE WOULD LIKE
1.) a copy of the signed contract with rules and regulations.
2.) we would like to see the video recording from that day showing my son misbehaving.
3.) a full refund
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
