I had an emergency and was forced to use this company because they are the company used by State Farm Roadside Assistance I received a text stating this company would be arriving at a certain time After an hour and minutes I attempted to call this company to see where they were and what was the estimated time of arrival The person who answered the phone (***) was rude and not helpful AT ALL I was told that the driver would be contacting me and that never happened After hours of waiting, I tried calling this company again and he would pick up the phone and put me on hold and not even get the phone to help I have never seen customer service as disgusting as this I hope this review helps someone to decide NOT to ever use them

Unfortunately had to utilize their unprofessional servicesTheir guys are thieves and the supervisor showed no interest in my complaint
