Don't believe there hasn't been any complains. I bought a bag from there and the same day it busted from the handle. I buy bags everytime I go out of town and this has never happened to me. They told me to get another one but it was the last one so I had to get another kind cause I didn't know what else to get. This one sheds a lot of white stuff inside coming from the inside of it. Very disappointed they both were so pretty but didn't expect this to happen. If I send back the second one can you send me a nice one?
