Review: I called [redacted] regarding carpet in November. We met at my house on November 13, 2014 to measure and get an estimate for whole house flooring (carpet and linoleum). He told me it was a special order so I would need to pay in full. Which I did ($1950.00). Johnsons Flooring came and installed the carpet the week before Christmas and was going to come back and install the linoleum on December 30th. No one showed up and no calls were made to me about the changing the date for installing the linoleum. I have made numerous attempts to contact [redacted] with no luck. He won't answer his phone or his text messages. I'm at the end o my rope......there are exposed tact strips that my son and keep stepping on and I'm concerned that the Berber will snag because there are exposed ends that are not tact down.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the floors finished. It's about 3 hours of work. If he does not finish the work by the last week in January I want a refund on the linoleum and the unfinished carpet.
