May 8, 2017: MetLife insurance estimator *** *** here to inspect roof; remove and replacement, not just repair needed
May 10, 2017: Econo Pro Subcontractor Johnny Barron Roofing here to do estimate for roof replacement
May 21, 2017: Sent signed and dated Econo Pro proposal for Exterior Stucco Repair & Coating at $10,and 2nd proposal for Wood Pergola Preservative/Stain application @ $1,Made clear in email that home equity loan has been approved but we did not have funds to pay the required 50% down deposit until funds were deposited into our account
May 24, 2017: Email from Econo Pro stating job scheduled to start on July 17, weather permitting
