*** ***I did not receive as claimed that I received any email or USPS mail regarding renewal. I would have, if it had been sent, as I had in prior years. This year, notices were NOT sent. I only learned my account was closed, the day after the bill was due by trying to access my email. I do not believe the company can provide any proof of their claim of billing notices. They never sent me a notice after the fact either than I could reopen the account within days--that is the first I heard of it. I did not contact them as I very unhappy with the service and no idea any options were available*** ***
