This company is shady. I registered my domain name through Domain.com and hoped to host and build my website. After making the purchase ($67.00) I was emailed the link to complete the activation process and to verify my domain. The link didn't work. I have spent 3 days trying to get customer service, technical support, supervisors, and registrars to help with this issue. All they keep doing is resending the broken link and saying "they understand my concerns". They've sent the broken link to me 15 times. No one knows how to help, and I can't even cancel and transfer my domain to another host unless I complete the verification process through Domain.com- who is unable to help me! I've called customer service and technical support multiple times and no one knows how to resolve this issue.
