I have been using DomainNameSanity for quite a few years now I must say I am pleased with their services and if any questions I've had in those years, they have been quick to answer and more than happy to help me along the way I an not a website builder!!! :)

I have used domainnamesanity's hosting and email for over ten years. In that time, I've had fewer than five problems (including one or two that were my own fault), which all were resolved quickly and professionally. With the exception of one outage lasting a few hours, downtime has been limited only to rare scheduled maintenance with adequate prior notice. For the low cost, I consider their services a great value.

We required clients who had not changed their account password in a long time to update it. We sent an email to the client to notify them of the change and how to get the new password via a simple method. He didn't either obtain the password online or write through our website or write to our...

regular email address but he called an obscure telephone number that we have. We phoned him back within a few hours with the new password. While we're sorry that this caused him an inconvenience, we take security very seriously and for security reasons, we didn't want to avoid doing. He's literally the only customer who complained and several people contact us and expressed support for our concern over security. By the way, we did NOT change his email password but only the account password for his domain name (which is something he uses very infrequently and not as critical as email)

Review: Domain Name sanity is a Web hosting and email service. They Changed our pass words. We own the domain name and pay for their email service as well as renew our domain. They have no reason to change our passwords and NO right to do so. We are a company and now can not ship our products. We can not contact our vendors. When you call their number the phone seems to be off the hook busy 24/7Desired Settlement: Set our passwords back to what the were.
