I have 2 domains at Domainpeople.com
I have NEVER experienced WORSE service anywhere else - I have at least 20 domains around the world and been in the business for a decade !
NEVER USER DOMAINPEOPLE
it seems like they have NO IDEA TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING and their responce time when you complain can be DAYS even when you have a SITE DOWN problem....
I dont know what to say - companies like Domainpeople should not be allowed in this bussiness !

Domain People (DP) AKA Hostway, act as my Registrar for 74 domain names.
Mistakes can happen, I realize this, and DomainPeople/Hostway excelled.
All 74 web sites vanished. It took several days to get a DP technician involved and week until they were able to restore the nameserver.

Obviously several of my clients bailed in the first week.

There was no apology, no credit for lost time, never mind lost clients, nothing.

The sheer lack of communication, dodging responsibility, and with rude and insensitive responses (if you don't like us, here is how move link).

It is not a company I would recdommend to anyone, nor their other name, Hostway. In fact, I suggest to my peers to avoid Domain People/Hostway.
