I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve our complaint. For your reference, I have attached a full response, back up of text messages, phone records, pictures, all communications and correspondence which has transpired from the beginning including information from the State of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. All showing the difficulty we have had and the trials and tribulations of trying to get our project completed in a timely manner and why more time would have been even more damaging to our home See attachments for our official response, pictures, correspondence and back up to show what exactly we were faced with. I have the Yahoo attachment below, the above dropbox attachment showing the pictures and below is a dropbox link with the most important information that was sent to the State of WiscDept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, which also has a copy of their response to being unable to help in this situation. I appreciated your help also in trying to help us with the situation. I was hoping to not have to again submit all the material, unfortunately without it, there is no proof, with it, it is all the proof needed. Please let me know if you are able to access all the information. Especially the final comment letter we have attached below, if not, I will resend in smaller files.Dropbox link:Thank you and kind Regards,*** *** *** ***

Review: We signed a contract in Sept. of 2014 for new roof, garage and siding, it came to June 2015 and work was still not completed, he said there was no end date and kept putting off work constantly. He misrepresented himself of having a working crew other than him. He later tells us well after contract is signed it is only him and he has other business he works for and puts as a priority before his construction business. He blames delays on everyone else and since he is the only one running the show it was his responsibility since he was the contractor. We completed forms with the State Department Agriculture and Consumer affairs. He was to return our monies which were not used and any materials ordered, he did neither. While work was to be done on our property he was doing work on other homes and pushing our project off. I know this because I went to his supplier and he had two other orders which were delivered to other homes in April and May 2015 and who knows how many before that. He sent receipts to State for proof of purchase on items we never received or were used. The price for work was 21,000+ and we paid $16,550.00. He had garage torn down and built by others, electrical done by others. He and another did roofing (I will confirm this work does look done well - but his main jobs done from what we heard was roofing). None of the siding, sofit or gutter work was started or completed. He said he would be coming the week of June 1st, 2015 and work 95% of the week. It rained 2.5 days and he didn't show for the other 2.5 days. Meaning he didn't show up once that week. All the new wood was showing black mold. He dawdled on calling inspectors so I would call them myself to get things moving (I had to have new bathroom inspected anyway so I killed two birds with one stone). Neighbors were asking us if we were doing it ourselves and if we ran out of money since it was sitting in disrepair for so long!Desired Settlement: We want no further contact directly with him, we want review posted and our refund of unused monies returned. The State was unable to help since he was not forthcoming in items requested. We complained to him on the amount of time it took for him to complete permits, which he made me apply for (he completed them) because he was too busy, then turned around and accused us of acting as contractors because we pulled the permits. He is a deceptive businessman and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I have back up of most emails and texts which can more than prove his rudeness and lack of character. I wasn't saving them in the fall of 2014 so a few weren't saved (didn't think I needed to), but there are plenty of them to prove our point. The State Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs has copies of everything. I can't put exact dates of complaints, but there are many, many times we contacted him. He blames the rain, yes there was rain, and he booked his working days when rain was a 90% chance!
